Kayte Lawton

Kayte Lawton is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR), where she works on employment, welfare, skills, poverty and inequality. Kayte is currently leading projects on wage inequality, the living wage and wealth inequality, and is also contributing to IPPR work on skills, tax and benefit reform. She has previously completed projects on low pay and in-work poverty, full employment, green jobs and fuel poverty. Kayte joined in IPPR in 2006 and previously worked in research administration. She has a BA in Geography and an MA in Latin American Studies, both from the University of Liverpool.
