Krisnah Poinasamy

Krisnah Poinasamy is Oxfam's Equalities and Rights Policy Officer, in the UK Poverty Programme. He has worked extensively on issues relating to the labour rights of workers and has co-authored research into the social care sector. Krisnah currently leads Oxfam's policy development on in-work poverty in the UK. Recent publications include Turning the Tide; and Who Cares, both available at www.oxfam.org.uk); Protecting Domestic Workers in the UK, available at www.genderanddevelopment.org ; and Not Just for the Good Times: Low pay in the economic downturn, available at www.fairpaynetwork.org .
